Post-OpInstructions for Your Laser Resurfacing Treatment

Post-Operative Instructions

Your procedure has removed the skin's protective layer. The delicate new tissue needs protection and help with healing. Science has demonstrated that copper plays a vital role in skin health and healing processes. Formulated with a patented copper peptide complex, the Complex Cu3 system promotes a well-hydrated healing environment rich in nutrients.

Complex Cu3 Intensive Repair cream can be applied immediately after our procedure. It helps to minimize crusting while building a protective barrier as your skin is healing. Complex Cu3 Cream should be used gently, but generously, every 2-3 hours for the first day and then every 4-6 hours for the next 7-10 days. Do not allow the treated area to dry out. Skin may be cleansed with Complex Cu3 Gentle Cleanser or saline between applications. Complex Cu3 Cleanser may be refrigerated prior to use for a refreshing coolness upon application.

Starting about day 7-10, when your skin has begun to epithelialize and you are ready for camouflage make-up, Complex Cu3 post-laser lotion may be used morning and evening.

To help maintain healthy looking skin after you have healed, we recommend the Obagi Nu-Derm products. We also recommend the Neova Therapy Copper Peptide Anti-Aging products.
